Before I got into fitness 4 years ago I had a terrible diet, which included pot noodles and microwave meals! I now only buy locally sourced meat and organic fruit & veg. Check out your local high street instead of supermarkets. They are often cheaper and a lot fresher!

I literally cannot go a day without eating eggs, smoked salmon or avocado. But my favourite food and a way to my heart is sushi – YUM!

This week I’m training hard, building up my quads and booty. But big gym sessions require big breakfasts. Without this fuel you simply won’t get the best results from your body. I’ve put together 3 meal plans in the members area, which supports edition 1. of the training plan – Legs & Booty.

For anyone that knows me, salmon is my food heaven! But it’s important to mix up your diet, maintaining a good balance. A naughty treat is okay and keeps you happy. Remember, a healthy body without a healthy mind is pointless. Health is wealth!
