HEALTH IS WEALTH
Before I got into fitness 4 years ago I had a terrible diet, which included pot noodles and microwave meals! I now only buy locally sourced meat and organic fruit & veg. Check out your local high street instead of supermarkets. They are often cheaper and a lot fresher!
I literally cannot go a day without eating eggs, smoked salmon or avocado. But my favourite food and a way to my heart is sushi – YUM!
MEAL OF THE WEEK
