EXERCISE OF THE WEEK

As it’s summer most of my exercises are all about pumping up my booty and improving my abs. So, with the nice weather I’ve taken some of my training outside. I’ve mixed up squats and sprints – the dogs love it! Take a look and see.

FAVOURITE TRAINING ROUTINES

I absolutely love the Hip Abducter! It’s my favourite and I do this routine nearly every time I train. I tend to do very slow controlled movements and mix in negatives. See edition 1. of my Training Plan for the full legs & booty routine.
